Our China import and export journey was started in 1991 by Shri Ram Nivas Ji Soni, at a time when international trade with China was still uncommon in South Asia.
He began importing products from China into Nepal and gradually built a trusted cross-border trading operation grounded in quality goods, careful logistics, and long-term business relationships.

As trade volumes grew, the family established a permanent operational presence in Nepal, and through the 1980s strengthened the China sourcing network with a dedicated China office.

The family pioneered cross-border China import and export into Nepal at a time when very few South-Asian families had access to Chinese supplier networks. The relationship-first foundation that still defines us was established here.
The next generation expanded supplier relationships, formalised procurement operations, and grew cross-border import and export systems across China, Nepal, Bhutan, and India. The business evolved from traditional trading into structured imports and project procurement.
